Delivery takes place at the customer’s risk while stocks last. Delivery time averages 3 days in Austria, 3-5 days in the EU, 7-10 days in countries outside the EU. Data of delivery time are non-binding. Payments are made with Paypal or as Advance Payment. Upon receipt of the payment you will be notified by email. Shipment takes place according to the best of our knowledge as to the least expensive and fastest method. The customer agrees to inform the transport company or John Gillard of any damage incurred during transport within 3 days.

Domestic deliveries within Austria are priced at EUR 5,00, within the EU at EUR 14,00, for countries outside the EU at EUR 17,00 per order.

For orders exceeding EUR 100,00 we will post items within Austria free of shipping costs.
